The thing that stood out for me was a very big click about the mentality and the way to approach the projects. Being very agile and open and collaborative, and looking at this as a partnership. I think that was the biggest selling point for me. It’s not like we are doing this SOW for three months and then after the three months we will evaluate, no, we are doing that each week and talking about it continuously and steering in a different direction if necessary halfway through the project.
