Halborn is thrilled to announce the appointment of Paul Merugu as the new Field CISO to spearhead our ambitious scaling and product development plans following our recent acquisition of Web3 automation startup Abyss Consulting and the launch of our new Research and Development division, Halborn Labs.
Paul Merugu is a cybersecurity industry expert with over 15 years of experience working across multiple industries including banking, financial services, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, retail and technology. He has held senior positions at Ernst & Young Consulting and CA Technologies where he worked as a trusted security adviser to various Fortune 500 companies and successfully delivered several large security programs. He has a background in computer science and specialized in security architecture. He’s an engineer at heart who loves to dig into complex cyber security problems and solve them with modern technology.
